Nicola Coughlan's naked scene from Bridgerton season 3 was one for the books, and, of course, the Irish actor and her friends made sure to commemorate it in the funniest way possible: With a boob cake.

Over the weekend, as viewers were busy watching the long-anticipated second part of Bridgerton season 3, Nicola Coughlan linked up with her friend and collaborator Camilla Whitehill to celebrate with a Saturday evening dinner, finished off with the aforementioned cake.

On June 15, Whitehill gifted Coughlan a cake in the shape of two breasts, covered in light pink fondant and featuring two perfect darker pink nipples. “Well done on getting your tits out,” the cake read in red icing, featuring a small flower, which could be in reference to Penelope's wallflower-to-leading lady transformation this season.

Whitehill was the first to post the cake to her Instagram stories, sharing a video of Coughaln cutting into the right breast to reveal the chocolate sponge and ganache filling. “Felt quite violent,” the playwright wrote in the video.

Coughlan then reshared the video on her stories for everyone to see, writing: “A ‘well done on getting your tits out’ cake which is all I've ever wanted/needed.”

Prior to the premiere of Part 2 of Bridgerton season 3, Coughlan got candid about the naked mirror scene this season that inspired the cake, revealing it was actually her idea to have it be as prominent as it was. “There's one scene where I'm very naked on camera, and that was my idea, my choice," Coughlan revealed in an interview. "It just felt like the biggest 'f*ck you' to all the conversation surrounding my body; it was amazingly empowering.”

In the same interview, Coughlan admitted she "felt beautiful in the moment" and added the image will be a wonderful reminder of “how f*cking hot" she looks when she eventually becomes an octogenarian.

During a special premiere of season 3's Part 2 in Dublin, Coughlan also addressed the naked scene, making sure to give her breasts a shout-out. When a fan called her “brave” for getting naked on camera, Coughlan replied: “You know it is hard because I think women with my body type — women with perfect breasts — we don't get to see ourselves on screen enough, and I'm very proud as a member of the perfect breast community. I hope you enjoy seeing them."

Coughlan and Whitehill are BFFs in real life, so it makes sense that the duo would celebrate the buzz of the scene with a hilarious (and, by the looks of it, delicious) cake. Speaking to Variety about their friendship, Coughlan said: “We met like a million years ago at drama school in Oxford. She was training to be an actor. And then, when we left drama school, we were both in various states of not working and everything being a bit crap. And she was like, ‘I’m not gonna be an actor, I want to write.’"

The duo's friendship actually inspired their joint project Big Mood, which premiered via Channel 4 in the UK and Tubi in the U.S. this past April. “Our 20s were like the struggle bus. And then the fact now the show is happening… I’ve always wanted to work with her. And then for Lydia [West] to be part of it is the biggest dream,” Coughlan admitted.
