Bushey attack victim's final social media post

One of the victims of a fatal crossbow attack reposted a tribute to "women who leave" in a final social media post.

Louise Hunt, 25, was killed alongside her sister Hannah, 28, and their mother Carol at their Bushey home.

The suspect in the killing, 26-year-old Kyle Clifford, was found in a cemetery in Enfield, north London, after a massive manhunt and is currently receiving medical treatment.

Rohit Mitra, a friend of Louise, described her as "one of the loveliest girls I knew", saying she "always had a smile and was very positive and hardworking".

Louise ran a dog grooming business from home. On the company's Facebook page, customers shared their tributes.

"You was a beautiful girl inside and out, always showed kindness and love," one person wrote, saying she was loved by "every dog that came to your salon".

In her final post on X, Louise reposted a message saying: "I admire women who leave.

"It takes A LOT of strength to break a tie. It takes A LOT of self love to choose yo self."

Hannah ran her own beauty business, and recently posted on social media saying she had been "busy with clients every day".

Her colleagues at The Anti-Ageing Clinic paid tribute on Facebook to a "fantastic therapist", saying their "clients loved her".

Friends of Carol, Louise and Hannah attended a memorial service in Bushey on Thursday morning, with Mrs Hunt's friends Dionne Smith, Abigail Phillips and Lea Holloway saying they were "together in grief".

They said: "She was a lovely, lovely person. We can't believe what happened.

"We were a four, and now there's only three. It doesn't seem real."

Ms Holloway added her sympathy for the Hunts' surviving daughter and her father John - a Sky Sports Racing commentator.

"I can't imagine what it would be like," she said. "They were making their way through life and their lives have been taken too soon. It's the thing of nightmares."

Police are carrying out further searches of a house in Enfield as murder suspect Kyle Clifford remains in hospital.
