Cal Fire quickly knocks down residential fire in Nipomo neighborhood
Cal Fire firefighters responded to a residential structure fire in Nipomo on Tuesday afternoon.
According to emergency services app Pulsepoint, a fire was reported near the 800 block of Inga Road in Nipomo around 1:51 p.m.
Fire crews worked to contain the flames, knocking the blaze down by 2:11 p.m., according to Cal Fire’s Twitter.
According to a 2:45 p.m. update on Twitter, no one was injured or exposed in the fire.
“Firefighters are in the overhaul phase and will be at scene for the next two hours,” the agency tweeted.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, Cal Fire public information officer Toni Davis told The Tribune on Tuesday afternoon.
