Another warm March day in store for us here in Calgary with a sunny high of 11 degrees expected. Tomorrow, there's a 60 per cent chance of flurries in the early morning, but the clouds should clear out later in the day for a high of 6 degrees... and then, by the time Sunday rolls around, the double-digit temperatures return with a high of 12 degrees expected.

Thoai Van Luc has been sentenced by a Calgary judge to eight years for his role in a gang-related shooting which took place at the Food in East restaurant in 2800.

The Calgary Heritage Initiative is hoping that more Calgarians who own historic buildings will seek out heritage status for those buildings. The group is holding a seminar on "demystifying heritage designation" tomorrow night.

New acquisition David Schlemko scored a beautiful shootout winner last night as the Flames defeated the Boston Bruins 4-3 last night. Schelmko was picked up on waivers earlier in the week from the Dallas Stars.
