Caught on video: Terrifying moment as 50 kids shocked by lightning while hiking

A lightning strike sent seven young hikers to hospital in Utah.

At least 50 members of the youth church group felt the shock, according to the Sevier County Sheriff's Office

Seven kids were taken to the hospital due to "medical concerns" following the strike. None appear to have life-threatening injuries, although two children had "serious symptoms," according to the sheriff's office. No further information on their condition has been provided.

The lightning likely hit the ground by the group due to nearby puddling.
