'Click It or Ticket' aims to save lives in Maryland with simple reminder: Wear your seat belt

The Maryland Department of Transportation's "Click It or Ticket" campaign is about much more than saving people money -- it's about saving lives. The campaign reminds Marylanders to wear a seat belt when they're on the roads or risk getting a ticket and paying a fine. While the campaign's message is simple, not everyone is doing it, and it's costing people their lives. Joshua Baney would give anything to hug his little brother, Jonah, one more time and to see him smile. Jonah had his whole life ahead of him until June 2022, when he took a drive to a fast-food restaurant less than a mile away.
