Clover basketball’s Clara Powell is The Herald’s high school athlete of the week
Clover’s Clara Powell, a 5-foot-10 sophomore, is The Herald’s athlete of the week.
The 5-foot-10 sophomore scored 18 points, grabbed four rebounds, had one assist and one steal in a 63-44 win at Nation Ford, Jan. 10.
Powell is averaging 8.6 points, 4.1 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 1.4 steals per game for Clover (12-4) this season.
