Colorado’s GOP primary comes just after the Supreme Court’s unanimous ruling that the state cannot disqualify former President Trump from the ballot under the 14th Amendment’s insurrection ban.

The historic decision preserves Trump’s ability to seek a second presidential term against the Democratic nominee, if he keeps his edge on GOP primary challenger, former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley. Colorado is one of 15 states and one territory holding presidential contests on Super Tuesday.
