Colorado Home Designed by NKOTB’s Jonathan Knight on HGTV’s “Rock the Block ”Sells for $2.85M
Knight and his interior design partner Kristina Crestin "created the most incredible place for my clients,” the property's selling agent tells PEOPLE
There’s a new house on the block!
A 5,811 square-foot home in Berthoud, Colorado, designed by New Kids on the Block’s Jonathan Knight and Kristina Crestin — the stars of HGTV’s Farmhouse Fixer — just sold for $2.85 million.
And the fully furnished, five-bedroom home was not just designed by the HGTV stars — it was also featured on the network.
Long before it was listed, the Colorado residence appeared on small-screens everywhere on the competition series Rock the Block.
Built by Landmark Homes in 2022 and listed by Tamara Sherril with ReMax Alliance, the home was one of four near-identical, unrenovated properties in a cul-de-sac that were featured in season 4 of the Ty Pennington-hosted series.

In the season, which aired last spring, four two-person teams spent six weeks and a $250,000 budget renovating one of the Berthoud properties.
The winner of each season of Rock the Block is the team that adds the most value to their property, which all had a starting value of $1.9 million, per HGTV.
While Knight and Crestin did not win the fourth season — Luxe for Less’s Michel Smith Boyd and Anthony Elle received the honor — the Berthoud property they designed did sell for $2.85 million.

And, according to selling agent Andrea Tuell with The Group, Inc. Real Estate, the new owners are excited to move into the property, which also comes with an unobstructed lake view, per its listing.
The Farmhouse Fixer stars "created the most incredible place for my clients,” Tuell tells PEOPLE.
"They are taking in the new move and have found some time to admire the peace and splendor of the sunrise,” she says. “They have shared with me that time stands still here in the most beautiful way. I could not be more happy for their sweet family and I am grateful to have been on this journey with them!”

Through lines of the charming, Knight and Crestin-designed home — which features five bedrooms and eight bathrooms — are marble, wood and painted paneling in shades of rich green and blue.
For entertaining, the home also boasts a “Colorado room,” an “integrated indoor/outdoor living” space with a beverage cooler, glass garage door, and built-in grill and smoker.

The basement of the property is also a perfect recreation space with a bar and arcade games, as well as a pool room and bunk room for visitors.
And — in a fun nod to Knight’s New Kids on the Block start — the house also includes a high-end sound system in the walls.
“As a musician, I always have music playing in my house,” the former heartthrob said, per HGTV. “To me, music creates mood, it creates feelings, it creates an environment.”
