Coronation Street confirms another change for Simon Barlow after Bobby arrives
Coronation Street spoilers follow.
Coronation Street's Simon Barlow is set to move back in with his mum after the arrival of Carla's nephew, Bobby.
When Bobby, the son of Carla's jailed brother Rob Donovan, arrives on Carla's doorstep shortly after Christmas and spins a sob story about why he needs her help, Carla reluctantly agrees to let him stay for a few weeks.
In scenes airing on Friday, December 29, a van pulls up outside of Carla's flat just as she and Bobby are about to head out.

When the driver opens the van doors, Bobby instantly recognises all his belongings and comes to the realisation that his mum, fed up of his troublesome behaviour, must have arranged for them to be sent over.
Given that Carla is still trying to process the breakdown of her relationship with Peter Barlow, she's gutted to realise that Bobby is here to stay.
Later on, Simon offers Bobby his room and announces that he'll go and stay at his mum Leanne's house.

Simon previously lived in a shared flat away from the Street, but moved in with Carla and Peter due to issues with his flatmates.

Elsewhere for Simon, it's been revealed that he and Sam Blakeman will get into a car crash in scenes airing in early 2024.
The upcoming episode will see Simon have an accident on the road while speeding to drop Sam off at school on time.
