Coronation Street's David Neilson shares show spoiler during Dancing on Ice appearance
Coronation Street star David Neilson shared a spoiler for the show during an appearance on Dancing on Ice.
The actor, who plays Roy Cropper on the soap, was in attendance during Props Week to support co-star Mollie Gallagher, who is partnered with Sylvain Longchambon on the ITV skating show.
In a brief chat with host Holly Willoughby, David described Mollie, who plays Roy's niece Nina on the soap, as "fabulous", saying her confidence had increased just like it did on Corrie.

On Mollie’s absence on the soap, David dropped a small spoiler by saying she had been replaced by a "furry friend".
When Holly asked if he had ever had an accident with a prop, David responded: "Quite recently, while Mollie has been doing this, I've got a little friend to take her place while she is here," he began (via Manchester Evening News). "I can't say much because she's not on screen yet, but I had this little thing on my hand and it left a little mess."
Mollie advanced to the semi-final from Sunday’s show, despite being bottom of the leaderboard with a score of 33.0. The skate-off was between Siva Kaneswaran and Carley Stenson, with the latter becoming the sixth celebrity to be eliminated.

It isn’t the first time that David has met up with a colleague outside of work, with the actor reuniting with former Corrie star Katherine Kelly earlier this month.
Katherine played Becky McDonald for six years before departing in 2012, and posted a photo snap of the pair on Instagram with the caption: “Well look who I caught up with today… Still one of my favourite human beings EVER. #davidneilson #mightyactor #roysrolls @coronationstreet @itv.”
