Coronation Street's Ryan deceived by Simon after getting caught on camera

Simon Barlow has deceived Ryan Connor over his on-camera confession about Daisy Ridley in Coronation Street.
Wednesday's (December 6) episode saw Simon sending Daniel Osbourne shocking video footage of Ryan admitting to Daisy that he still has feelings for her.
The situation started off when Ryan filmed himself for a potential job opportunity at the gym, though he forgot to turn the camera off when he was finished.
Daisy soon stopped by to tell Ryan that his love interest Crystal was suspicious about their romantic feelings for one another.

It was here when Ryan accidentally incriminated himself on camera by confessing to Daisy that he couldn't stop thinking about her or the passion they recently shared.
Daisy had to make a quick departure when Simon came home unexpectedly. Once Ryan headed off for work, Simon spotted the camera was recording and watched back the footage of Ryan's damning chat.
Simon took shocking action by sending Daniel a link with footage of the inadvertent confession, sending him into a rage as he went looking for Ryan.
However, when Daniel turned up at Street Cars looking for Ryan, Simon urged him to calm down because Ryan had already gone home.
At the same time, Ryan made the embarrassing discovery of the damning video, though he was relieved as Simon pretended he hadn't seen anything.

Daniel finally came face-to-face with Ryan at the end of the episode but chose not to confront him. The fallout from Ryan's confession is far from finished, as he faces a life-changing offer to move away from the cobbles with Crystal.
But can he actually leave Daisy?
