The ‘Friends’ alum shared an Instagram photo dump of her life lately, ranging from a cold plunge to selfies with Lisa Kudrow and Laura Dern
Courteney Cox never looked so cool.
On Tuesday, the Cox, 59, shared a collection of unfiltered snaps to Instagram, including a candid video of her attempting an icy cold plunge wearing nothing but a tiny two-piece swimsuit — and some socks.
The Friends alum jump right into the wellness fad in her cobalt blue bikini featuring a halter-neck top and briefs.
In the clip, she also brings attention to what look like a pair of neoprene wetsuit booties. “Is this cheating 'cause your feet get really f-----g cold,” she jokes of her covered feet as she prepares to step into her cold plunge tub.
“Photo dump with all the rain that’s dumping on LA,” she wrote.
When the actress chatted with PEOPLE about her partnership with Dermalogica last spring, she said that she feels most comfortable in her skin "when I am being productive. And when I'm relaxed, when I'm not pressured, and mostly, when I can be creative. And, when I'm not running late! That's when I feel best."

Having a solid skincare routine goes a long way too and she’s learned to set aside time morning and night for her rituals.
"That's something that's really important to me," she shared. "My partner [Johnny McDaid] says to me, 'Okay, I guess I'll wait on the documentary until you get here, but I might be asleep.' It doesn't take me that long, but it does to him. But cleaning your skin and moisturizing before bed, there's a process."
She’s also picked up a few beauty tips from her daughter Coco, 19, who she shares with ex-husband David Arquette. The thing she marvels at most? How much makeup knowledge her teen has acquired from social media.
"They do a lot of great makeup tutorials, and I love seeing what she learns. She'll come out with a completely different, just whatever. She's like an artist with makeup,” Cox told PEOPLE.
