Recovery operations continued in the port city of Derna, eastern Libya, on Monday, September 18, after catastrophic flooding killed thousands in the area one week prior.
Footage posted to Facebook by the Libyan Ambulance and Emergency Service shows Turkish rescue crews and ongoing recovery operations in the city on Monday.
At least 3,958 bodies have been recovered and identified, the World Health Organization said in a revised report released on Sunday.
