The Kelce family is ready for a vacation!

After Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs compete in Super Bowl LVIII this Sunday, the NFL star's mom, Donna Kelce, tells PEOPLE she's preparing for a "relaxing" offseason with her family.

"A lot of us are doing a lot of different things," says Donna, who was thrilled to enjoy some recent downtime at Disney World in Orlando with her son, Jason Kelce, his wife, Kylie Kelce, and their three daughters while Jason, 36, participated in the NFL Pro Bowl.

"We were just fortunate enough to be at Disney for the Pro Bowl, and we got to do that as a family, though Travis obviously couldn't attend," says Donna, an annual pass holder at both Universal Studios and Disney World.

"He's a little busy right now," she joked as Travis, 34, preps for Sunday's big game.

Once Travis is officially in his offseason, Donna says there'll be more opportunities for family time. "I have a feeling there'll be some traveling, and probably some podcasts or what have you in Philadelphia," she says, referring to her sons' podcast, New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, presented by Wave Sports & Entertainment.

"I will be traveling and going to various events, but everything is kind of on hold until we find out what happens this weekend," Donna says before she travels to Las Vegas on Thursday.

Donna continues, "I think it's going to be fun this year. I'm looking forward to spending time with them in the off-season, but they're also very busy. They need to get away themselves just to relax."

But the Kelce family will also make time to give back during their break from football. "Probably the biggest thing will be to do some charity work," says Donna.

"They're both involved in that. We always go to Sea Isle every year, and that's always fun, for the Autism Challenge," Donna adds, shining light on the annual fundraiser supporting the Eagles Autism Foundation.

When the mother of two NFL stars finds time for herself this offseason, Donna says she'd like to spend her time at the gym and getting her steps in. "I just like to walk as much as I possibly can, that's the important thing, and I just want to enjoy myself." she shares.

Donna recently told PEOPLE she's planning to "take a step back" at the Super Bowl this year after last year's highly-anticipated matchup between her two sons, dubbed the "Kelce Bowl," catapulted her into the spotlight.

"This year I'm going to take a step back to enjoy it," Donna said. "Last year, I needed to be with the media event," she added. "I get to enjoy it this time."

Specifically, she said she'd like to enjoy "some of the shows, some of the different plays and music" that Las Vegas has to offer.

This year, Donna is raising awareness around waste and encouraging NFL fans to be mindful of excess leftovers from viewing parties through her partnership with Ziploc as the brand's Chief Leftovers Officer.

"I think it's important for guests and also for hosts to bring their own Ziploc bags because there's so much waste right now with food. There were 18 million pounds of it after big game watch parties last year, so that's kind of crazy. Can you imagine 290 football fields of pizza that's thrown away after a party like that?"
