Dr. Pimple Popper Just Squeezed 'Stalagmite' Whiteheads Hiding Behind An Ear
In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helped a patient with some hidden gems of pimples that were out of his reach.

They've been left to grow in secret for a while, but Dr. Pimple Popper clears them out with her fingers.

The doc never has to wish for more pimples. Her patients bring them by the armful on the reg, and Dr. Pimple Popper shows them off on Instagram.

Dr. Pimple Popper gets right back to reality and the popping task at hand. She's already sliced into the pimples and created clear pathways for extraction. All that's left to be done is some squeezing.

You'll be oh so please to learn that the squeezing is done by hand. There are no tools involved or needed for these juicy whiteheads. Dr. Pimple Popper carefully places her fingers around the whitehead and gives it one solid squeeze.
Boom, all the gunk stuffed inside comes out in one fell swoop. Once she freed the blob, Dr. Pimple Popper explained, "It's like a little stalagmite." The whitehead emerged looking super strong.
