RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars season 8 spoilers follow.

Kandy Muse has hit back at backlash from some viewers over the latest episode of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars.

This past week's instalment, 'The Supermarket Ball', saw Kandy ending up in the top three for her three unique runway looks alongside winner Jessica Wild, while Mrs. Kasha Davis was sent home for an underwhelming Supermarket Supermodel Eleganza look.

As Kasha Davis thanked the judges for their harsh critique and said she was simply happy to be on stage, the cameras cut to Kandy rolling her eyes in annoyance.

Some fans have since suggested Kandy's looks weren't worthy of landing in the top group, so she clapped back on her social media.

"I get my first top placement after literally being safe for 2 weeks in a row and suddenly production is pushing me," she tweeted. "bitch it ain't my fault your fav wasn't in the top, that ain't got shit to do with me- go cry about it."

Someone replied that her result was "hardly even a top placement", Kandy explained why that was a silly way to look at the week's performance results.

"'it was hardly a top placement' except....it was a top placement?? same silhouette or not- alone these are 3 strong looks that stand on their own- go cry to your mother about it," she wrote.

Kandy is well known for her blunt opinions, having previously had a memorable Untucked fight with Tamisha Iman that was nominated for an MTV Award.

As she headed back into the Werk Room for All Stars 8, Kandy told Entertainment Weekly that she'd approached her friendships with the cast differently this time around.

"You can take what happened before with the negativity and bring it with you in the Werk Room, but there's no reason for that," she said. "That happened then. I'm not bringing that back to All Stars 8. This is a completely different situation.

"I didn't walk into All Stars this time around thinking, 'Well, I have to be more demure and more nice so people like me'. No, I'm still going to be Kandy Muse, that same old bitch from the Bronx. If you like it, you like it. If you don't, you don't. It's not my job to make you like me."

RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars airs on Paramount+ in the US and streams on WOW Presents Plus in the UK.
