Sticking to a resolution of eating healthy can be challenging with the rising food costs in Canada. Well, we do have some good news for you, alongside some bad.
Let's start with the bad news. Food prices are expected to rise yet again this year. In fact, Canada’s Food Price Report 2024 says prices will increase by 4.5 per cent this year, thanks to factors like inflation and the weather.
Now, for the good news.
We spoke with Dalhousie University's scientific director of Agri-Food Analytics Lab, Sylvain Charlebois, to get some tips on how you can still eat healthy without breaking the bank.
