Emily in Paris star Paul Forman has landed his next TV role.

The actor, best known for playing Mindy's boyfriend Nicolas 'Nacho' de Léon in season 3 of the hit Netflix show, has joined the cast of Paramount+ series Stags.

Filming has officially begun on the show, which follows the story of a stag party that goes horribly wrong.

This Country star Charlie Cooper and People Just Do Nothing's Asim Chaudhry head up the show's cast, with Nico Mirallegro of Passenger fame playing the groom-to-be.

Forman makes up the ensemble cast which additionally includes Corin Silva, Sophie Lenglinger, Jojo Macari, Cavan Clerkin, Paulina Galvez, and Oscar Foronda.

"The six-part series follows groom-to-be Stu (Mirallegro) and his friends on his stag do in South America," teases the show synopsis. "What was meant to be a week of drink, debauchery and fun takes a dark turn. Instead of boarding a flight back to the UK, the stags are sent to a lawless prison island run by two warring siblings."

"Quickly it becomes clear that the stags need to pick a side to have any chance of survival. Friendships are tested and life-long loyalty is sacrificed as Stu and his mates begin to question who will make it home alive."

The series has been created by Bad Sisters writer Daniel Cullen and is produced by Eleven, the same production company behind Netflix hit show Sex Education.

No release date has been shared to date, but Sony Pictures Television are confirmed to distribute the series internationally.

Stags will air on Paramount+.

Emily in Paris seasons 1-3 are streaming on Netflix. Season 4 has been confirmed.
