Emmerdale's Belle Dingle left uncomfortable over Tom King in new scenes

Belle Dingle has been left unnerved by Tom King in new Emmerdale scenes.
Earlier this year, viewers saw a disturbing flashback moment where Tom angrily pushed Belle to the ground after she'd rejected his marriage proposal.
Belle was injured as she hit her head on a table, but she chose not to tell her family the truth about what Tom had done.
In Thursday's (December 14) hour-long episode, Tom promised Belle that he was planning a surprise for the Christmas fair that would blow her away.

Belle was impressed when she found out Tom was planning to have an ice rink built for the fair since she used to love skating at Christmas as a child. He even gifted her a brand-new pair of skates.
"I just can't believe you do all this for me," Belle told him.
Tom assured his girlfriend that all he ever wanted to do was put a smile on her face, then they ducked into the allotment shed.
Claudette and Bear heard some laughing from inside the shed and opened to find the couple in an intimate moment, though Belle and Tom just laughed off the embarrassment.
They next headed off to the pub where Tom had to break the news to everyone that his supplier for the ice rink quoted him the wrong price — it would now cost £65,000.
"I'm sorry, but unless Charles can come up with a miracle, no more skating for Christmas," Tom announced.
The Dingles assured Tom they appreciated his effort, with Charity suggesting to Belle that he was definitely "a keeper".
"I would ask her to marry me, but I already have and she turned me down," he quipped.
While Charity and Chas thought Tom was joking, Belle was immediately alarmed he'd make such a joke given her injury. Belle called Tom out for his insensitive comment, only for him to insist he was joking.
"I thought you could take a joke," he said. "Come on, where's your sense of humour? Look, either you laugh or you cry, right? We don't need to go back there."
Tom tried to brush the moment aside by changing the subject to the ice rink debacle, though Belle was understandably still bothered by her partner's flippant comment.
Thursday's episode revisiting the traumatising incident may lend credence to fans' theories that Belle and Tom will have an issue-based story in the future.
With the soap recently confirming that Belle will be the one to pop the question over Christmas, is she making a serious mistake?
