Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Are Selling “Prized Possessions” Amid Divorce Speculation
Today in Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez news, the celebs—who have been the subject of divorce speculation for weeks—are reportedly selling off their belongings in the $60 million Los Angeles home they purchased last year, which, as a reminder, they seem to have quietly put on the market.
Page Six reports that Ben and Jen are “unloading some of their prized possessions,” specifically “pieces of art.” This comes amid a report from People, which noted that Ben has been “moving his belongings” out of the home as he continues to live in a Brentwood rental near his ex Jennifer Garner.
“Ben continues to live at the Brentwood rental. He’s been there for about two months now,” People’s source said. “He seems okay. He’s been at his office every day and seems focused on work. He’s also spending time with his kids.”
Back in May, Entertainment Tonight reported that the couple wasn’t planning on getting divorced, but the two were allegedly having problems. At the time, Us Weekly spoke to an insider who said, “They started having issues a few months ago as Jen had started ramping up work commitments and prepping for her tour. Jen is very focused on work. They are on two completely different pages most of the time.” And yet another Us Weekly insider added that finances and parenting “have exacerbated” said issues.
