Eva Amurri defends her bridal look following comments around her wedding day cleavage

Eva Amurri continues to defend her taste in bridal wear.

Since tying the knot with chef Ian Hock in a French garden themed ceremony on June 29, the blogger and mom of three, 39, has been shutting down trolls who criticized her wedding dress for showing cleavage. And her latest response might be her funniest yet.

On July 3, she took to her Instagram Stories with a meme created from the iconic 1957 photo of Sophia Loren and Jayne Mansfield, referencing how much of a stir her breasts caused online — even though her “32F boobs” were “minding their business.”

In addition to the humorous jab, Amurri addressed the haters directly on June 30, posting a photo with her husband captioned, “to anyone scandalized by my breasts not being 'put away' ...." to her Instagram Stories.

"Feel free to screenshot this for later," Amurri added over a zoomed-in shot of her chest with a kissy face emoji.

While it may have set the Internet in a frenzy, Amurri’s dress, a corseted Kim Kassas gown purchased at Bridal Reflections in New York City, was elegant and fitting for the Hudson Valley nuptials held at Windrift Hall.

“I love how it has a vintage feel and is ultra feminine without being overly pouffy,” she told PEOPLE. “I wanted to feel sexy but elegant, and I think the dress strikes the perfect balance.”

She accessorized the design with a long veil and jewelry by CMS Custom, the company that also designed Amurri's wedding ring.

Amurri then changed into a second minidress by Kim Kassas with feather trim, floral lace and sparkles. "I paired it with custom Nike Air Force Ones that were embellished with pearls and our wedding date. It felt like Priscilla Presley-meets-street style!”

Neither the dress haters nor the rain (which made the two hours she spent getting her hair done “moot”), put a damper on Amurri's mood or her special day.

Amurri and Hock tied the knot in front of 40 guests, including her daughter Marlowe Mae, 9, and sons Major James, 7, and Mateo Antoni, 4, whom she shares with ex-husband Kyle Martino, and mom Susan Sarandon, who wore a custom floral-print suit from SuitShop fitting of the nuptial theme.

"All we really needed was the beautiful atmosphere, our nearest and dearest, and a delicious party," she told PEOPLE.
