Evil: 10 Questions We Really Need Answered Before the Series Finale
We know, we know: We should be satisfied that Evil‘s Powers That Be have committed to revealing the answers to at least three big mysteries before the supernatural show draws to a close later this season.
But make some room in the confessional, because greed is a sin, and we’re guilty.

As such, we’ve compiled a list of 10 more questions we really want answered before the Paramount+ drama airs its final episode later this year. Their subjects range from the silly (Dr. Boggs’ ridiculous book) to the serious (um, is Andy going to be OK?). Since series co-creators Robert and Michelle King already addressed the demonic syndicate known as The 60 and Leland’s fate, we didn’t include them here. But we did circle back to the baby around which the whole final season revolves, because we’ve got some serious follow-ups.

1. No, but seriously: What happened to Sheryl?
And will she snap out of it?
2. Is Andy in control of himself?
And how long can he stand fast against the “Feliz Navidad” chihuahua’s siren song?
3. What ever became of Lexis’ tail?
We know this show loves to traffic in metaphors, but, um, that was really there… right?
4. On a related note: Is Lexis evil? Evil-adjacent?
Look, we love the kid. And she hasn’t demonstrated any demonic-spawn behavior. But the fact that Leland has taken such a strong interest in Kristen’s daughter gives us pause, as does Leland’s cryptic comment to Sheryl in Season 3: “If she’s not the one, she’s the ambassador.”
5. Are we ever going to get anything more about this?
Because when Ben showed up, happy but utterly drenched in blood, after his wild night at a cult? It begged a few questions.
6. What happened to Dr. Boggs’ book?
The last time we checked in with Dr. Boggs’ demonically influenced manuscript, it was in the hands of Kristen’s daughters — who loved it. But we fear (and, honestly, hope) that there’s more to come from the doc’s misguided attempts to produce a bestseller.
7. Is that baby really the Antichrist?
Look, just because Leland has been saying it for two seasons doesn’t mean it’s true… right?
8. Will we see Grace again?
Given that bad things happen to Li Jun Li’s character whenever she’s in David, Kristen and Ben’s orbit, we kind of hope not. That said, Team Good can use all the prophetic help it can get!
9. Is Sister Andrea going to do anything about all those demons at Kristen’s house?
We know the nun has enough to keep her busy at the parish, but ever since we became privy to all the demonic creatures flitting about Kristen’s place, we’ve been hoping for an otherworldly extermination courtesy of the pint-sized sister.
10. When, exactly, are the angels going to step up?
The end of the Season 3 finale hinted at some angelic action in the coming episodes. So where are the winged ones?
