Floyd Mayweather goes easy on Ronda Rousey after KO loss

As you've probably heard, UFC superstar Ronda Rousey suffered a stunning upset loss on Saturday night to Holly Holm, ending Rousey's 12-fight unbeaten run.

Rousey and boxing star Floyd Mayweather have a long-standing beef, so you'd think Mayweather would be revelling in the news of Ronda's knockout, right?

Wrong. An uncharacteristically reserved Floyd didn't take the opportunity to critique Rousey when questioned about her surprising loss at UFC 193.

"Just in boxing period, contact sports period, you win some, you lose some," Mayweather said Sunday at Staples Center, where he watched the hometown Los Angeles Lakers take on the Detroit Pistons. "I don't know about this fight, I just know that you win some and you lose some. It basically comes with the territory."

Is this a new and improved Mayweather we're seeing? Not likely.
