‘Fool Me Once’ Enters Netflix Most Popular TV List; ‘Berlin’ & ‘Leave The World Behind’ Move Up
Griselda spent another week lording over Netflix, but Fool Me Once had its own reason to celebrate.
It was easily the most-watched title of the week with 20.6M views, marking its second week atop the English-language TV Top 10. According to Netflix, the series was in the Top 10 in 90 countries. That was nearly three times the viewership of second place, which was the docuseries Alexander: The Making of a God with 7.1M views in its debut week.

While Fool Me Once was pushed to No. 4 this week, the additional 5.1M views put it on the Most Popular List at No. 9. The series has managed 84.9M views in its first 35 days on Netflix. Expect this series to continue to climb the list, since it has plenty of time to build a larger 91-day viewership. It’s next hurdle will be Season 2 of Bridgerton, which would require nearly 10M additional views.
Speaking of, Berlin inched up the Non-English Most Popular list with another million or so views since last week when it entered the list. With just over 50 days left in its 91-day premiere window, this is also likely not this series’ final spot. It only needs about 4M more views to surpass All of Us Are Dead.
On the English films list, Leave The World Behind jumped to No. 6, having surpassed 137M views in its first 59 days. It doesn’t need a ton more viewership to overtake The Gray Man, so it’s likely to do so in the next 30 days before its 91-day premiere window is up. It might get stalled there, though, as viewership slows down. The next hurdle would be Bird Box, which would require Leave The World Behind to amass 20M more views.
On the weekly film list, Bao Nguyen’s documentary The Greatest Night in Pop took the top spot with 11.9M views.
DreamWorks Animation’s Orion and the Dark entered the the list in second place with 10M views. Lift, starring Kevin Hart, spent its fourth week on the list in third place with 8.2M views, bringing its total views since take-off to 95.1M. It would need about 40M more views to make its own appearance on the most popular list, which is entirely possible given it has only been available for 25 days.
