Fresh Off the Boat owners look to grow Samoan-inspired food business
During AAPI Heritage Month, KCRA 3 is spotlighting businesses owned by members of the Asian American and Pacific Islander community. One Roseville family may be 5,000 miles away from Samoa, but they’re sharing their culture through food and with a modern spin on their roots. Jacinta Seiuli and her husband Muagututia Tuala-Tamaalelagi, known as Chef T, are the owners of Fresh Off the Boat. They spoke to KCRA 3's Gulstan Dart about their business.
