The Drama collection features various styles inspired by the roles Kelly portrayed on-screen before she married into the royal family of Monaco in April 1956. The royal was married to Prince Rainier of Monaco until her death in 1982. Each design is crafted in Italy and features a sophisticated and polished frame, evocative of Kelly’s enduring style sensibility.

The Grand Prix collection takes inspiration from Monte Carlo’s Grand Prix racetrack. Designs include metal frame sunglasses with sleek curves, with each frame named after one of the racecourse’s famous turns.

“When your muse is someone as timeless as Princess Grace, there’s no shortage of iconic moments from which to draw inspiration,” said Claudia Poccia, chief executive officer of Grace de Monaco.

“It was only natural that the Grace de Monaco brand expand our maison with this newest addition of a sunglass collection. The collection is an inspired, modern version of what Princess Grace herself may have worn today and invites the wearer to embody her iconic spirit for themselves.”

Best known for her on-screen performances in films like “Rear Window,” “To Catch a Thief,” “Dial M for Murder” and her Oscar-winning turn in 1955’s “The Country Girl,” Grace Kelly’s style on-screen, on the red carpet and out in the world embodied effortless elegance. Her apparel and fashion sensibility could be ascribed to today’s runways and more, demonstrating the everlasting quality of the actress and royal’s fashion.
