Grammys viewership increase 34%
Feb. 5 (UPI) -- CBS announced Monday that Sunday night's Grammy Awards increased ratings by 34% over 2023. The show's 16.9 million viewers is its largest since 2020, CBS said.
173% more viewers tuned in on the Paramount+ streaming service. Live +3 day tallies will boost the total well over 17 million viewers.
During the show, the 9:45-10 p.m. block boasted the highest viewership of 18.25 million viewers. That block included the In Memoriam segment.
CBS also reported social media numbers, saying #Grammys trended for 12 hours, there were 62.6 million potential impressions, and 56.4 million social media video clips were seen as of Monday morning.
