Cool clip of boat containing other boats goes viral

What better way to ease your way into the spring season than to watch yachts get transported in bulk on a large boat?

Sure, you probably never even thought about it, with “yachts” and the Caribbean often only associated with the super rich and their surplus of cash, but it’s nice to imagine sometimes, or even get a peak into their world.

When it’s time to move a boatload of yachts, transport company Sevenstar Yacht Transport employs their Super Servant 4 DYT vessel to haul many ships at one time.

You can watch the process unfold in stunning aerial footage in this video uploaded to YouTube by the company.

The loading process employed in the video is called the “float-on” method. In it, the transport vessel submerges over half the hull so the yachts can be steered in and secured. The ship then re-emerges with the yachts secured on board with straps.

Is it summer yet?
