Actress Brooke Shields is well-known for her nearly flawless complexion (her everyday skincare routine is one for the books), full eyebrows, and salon-quality tousled locks. While the star has shared plenty of go-to beauty essentials in the past, she recently provided a behind-the-scenes look at the volumizing spray that gives her hair extra hold and bounce.
Shields’ recent appearance on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen had the host and long-time fans raving about her full, healthy hair look. In an Instagram story posted by Shields' hairstylist Tim Nolan, she reveals that the Serge Normant Dream Big Instant Volumizing Spray is one of her consistent go-tos, according to People. In addition to Shields' hairstylist, celebrities like Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle and actress Sarah Jessica Parker count themselves as fans of the top-rated spray.
In a brand video that shows celebrity hairstylist Serge Normant himself demoing the spray to Sarah Jessica Parker, she explains, “I was really in love with Serge’s dry shampoo, and I really thought he was kind of taking something away from me when we started using this. But what’s really amazing, and I think really more helpful for people at home, is that it absorbs a lot. It doesn’t leave as much as a dry shampoo. It’s like a volumizer slash dry shampoo, so it does a lot of work without the weight.”
The hairspray's formula is created to add volume and a touchable hold to fine hair without added heaviness, using grippy, lightweight polymers and a special protein to create weightless volume. And as an added bonus, the product is also made without mineral oil or parabens.
