Matthew Vaughn's latest film "Argylle" hits theaters on Friday.

Here's a guide to the cast of "Argylle" and the characters they play.
Director Matthew Vaughn's new action movie "Argylle" is stuffed with so many familiar faces that it's tough to keep track of them all.
The film, which is inspired by the newly released book of the same, stars Bryce Dallas Howard as a talented and reclusive author named Elly Conway whose life suddenly changes when the real world begins to strangely reflect the events of her best-selling non-fiction book series about an agent named Argylle.
Here's a guide to the major cast members in "Argylle" and who they play.
Bryce Dallas Howard stars as spy novelist Elly Conway.
Howard, the daughter of legendary filmmaker Ron Howard, is known for roles in the "Jurassic World" franchise, "The Help," "Spider-Man 3," and the "Twilight" films. She also directed a few episodes of "The Mandalorian."
Oscar winner Sam Rockwell portrays a spy named Aidan who helps Elly.
In 2018, Rockwell earned his first Academy Award for his performance in the film "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri."
Bryan Cranston stars as Ritter, the film’s villain who runs a sinister spy organization called The Division.
Cranston is most recognized for his roles on the TV shows "Malcolm in the Middle" and "Breaking Bad." He's also a two-time Tony winner.
"Schitt's Creek" star Catherine O'Hara plays Ruth, Elly's mom.
O'Hara won an Emmy for her performance as the quirky and dramatic character Moira Rose on "Schitt's Creek." Long before that, she played McCallister's mom in the "Home Alone" films.
Henry Cavill stars as the fictional Agent Argylle and the protagonist of Elly's book series.
Cavill, who previously portrayed Superman in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU), is no stranger to appearing in films about spies and covert operations. He also starred in "The Man From U.N.C.L.E" and "Mission: Impossible" — Fallout."
John Cena plays Wyatt, Argylle's best friend.
The wrestler-turned-actor has played characters in the "Fast & Furious" franchise, the DCEU, and most recently, in Greta Gerwig's "Barbie."
"West Side Story" star Ariana DeBose plays Keira, a field tech who frequently assists Argylle and Wyatt.
DeBose won an Oscar for her portrayal of Anita in Steven Spielberg's 2021 remake of "West Side Story." Next, she'll star alongside Aaron Taylor-Johnson in the upcoming film "Kraven the Hunter."
Singer Dua Lipa portrays Lagrange, the nemesis of Argylle.
Lipa is a three-time Grammy winner who made her acting debut in "Barbie," but technically, she was cast in "Argylle" first and filmed that role before playing a mermaid in Gerwig's film.
Samuel L. Jackson stars as Alfred Solomon, a former CIA deputy director.
Jackson's long career includes notable roles in the "Star Wars" franchise, the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Quentin Tarantino films like "Pulp Fiction."
Sofia Boutella plays a mysterious character named Saba Al-Badr.
Boutella previously worked with Vaughn and Jackson in the 2014 film "Kingsman: The Secret Service."
