Hickory Ridge takes over the top spot in The Observer’s Sweet 16 high school basketball rankings, the third straight week with a new No. 1.
With the second round of the NCHSAA playoffs starting Friday and the NCISAA quarterfinals, expect lots of changes next week, too.
