‘Hillside oasis’ owned by mega beer dynasty heir lists in California. Take a look-see

Billy Busch Jr., the heir to one of the most famous beer dynasties — Anheuser-Busch — has listed his three-bedroom, two-bathroom Malibu, California, home for $4.45 million.

This beer money buys some serious luxury — not to mention some beautiful ocean views.

Referred to as a “hillside oasis” in a news release, the 1,909-square-foot residence was built in 1962 and has an open floor plan that gives a whole new meaning to an indoor/outdoor flow.

The inside comes with floor-to-ceiling windows, especially in the bedrooms, that showcase remarkable views of the Pacific Ocean.

“This single story, fully renovated residence boasts 180-degree ocean views,” Compass listing agent Sean Matthews said in a release. “The container pool, large exterior deck and custom landscaping are amongst the stunning design features.”

The deck appears to be an entertainer’s dream with a fire pit and even an outdoor shower.

Other features include:

  • Oak hardwood floors

  • Dark accents

  • Chef’s kitchen

  • Double oven

  • Bar

“In a high-interest environment, the market favors fully renovated homes with quality finishes,” Matthews said. “This property not only aligns with the features found in pricier homes but also offers an exceptional blend of quality, location, views and affordability.”
