The National Weather Service reported that “heavy rainfall” moved through the Houston, Texas, area, causing “localized flash flooding” on Tuesday, January 24.

Video posted by Noel Zepeda on Tuesday shows floodwater flowing in the streets of Cypress, northwest of Houston.
