When it comes to advocating for body positivity, Hunter McGrady is at the forefront.

In 2017, the 29-year-old beauty made history when she became the "curviest" model (at size 16) to appear in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. Since then, she has addressed topics such as food freedom and body confidence to encourage fans that all bodies are beautiful and worthy.

McGrady recently said that she felt like "superwoman" after posing for the magazine's latest issue six months postpartum. In the shoot, she rocked a red-hot one-piece with a plunging V-neck by swimwear brand Andie.

McGrady wore the brand's best-selling Mykonos One-piece ($120 CAD/$95 USD) in Cherry Red. Although the red colourway is almost sold out (psst — you can sign up for restock notifications!), the stylish suit also comes in navy and black.

What shoppers are saying

This suit has made a splash among shoppers, earning a whopping 4.6-star rating from more than 1,300 reviews for its "flattering" and "comfortable" fit.

'My new favourite suit'

"Love this suit and got so many compliments on it. The chest is super flattering, waistline looks nice, and the straps were so smooth on my shoulders. I didn’t worry about my body all day at a pool party. My new favourite suit!"

'Worth it'

"I was hesitant to buy because of the price, but it’s great quality, a bright colour, comfortable and flattering material and a great cut overall! I’m a G-cup, so this was the first suit with a plunging neckline that still gave great coverage and no side boob spillage. Worth it. Would like to try the other texture options next time."

'Sleek and sexy'

"This suit has great coverage on the bottom as well as on the chest and shoulders. It definitely feels very fun, sleek and sexy...The long torso option was great for me (mine measures 64-65 inches all around)! Glad to finally find a brand that fits well on my shape."

Although the Mykonos reviews are mostly positive, there are some shoppers who have noted that the suit is expensive and stretches easily.

"My suit did stretch after I wore it a few times, so I'd definitely recommend pre-rinsing it before wearing like Andie suggests. Apparently it helps it keep its shape instead of going right into salty or chlorine water which causes the stretch to happen," reads one review. "It's a bit of a pricy suit, so definitely do this first step to make it last."

The verdict

If you're looking for a stylish swimsuit to add to your rotation this summer, Andie's Mykonos One-Piece. may be one to check out. Shoppers agree that the "high-quality" suit is flattering, supportive and made from comfortable and soft fabric — however keep in mind that some reviewers say the suit can stretch, so you'll want to follow care instructions to a T.
