Iconic Roseanne House Hits the Market — Have a Look Inside the Conners’ ‘Lanford’ Abode
One of TV’s most iconic properties is up for sale — and you’ll never believe what it actually looks like inside.
A listing on the real estate website Remax reveals that the house used for exterior shots on ABC’s Roseanne (and its ongoing spinoff, The Conners) is on the market. The sellers are seeking $225,000 for the property, which is located at 619 Runnymeade Avenue in Lanford, Ill. Evansville, Ind. — just a block away from the University of Evansville.

According to Remax, the Conner house is 2,360 square feet, and sits on 5,227 square feet of land. It contains four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room on the main level. There’s also an unfinished basement and a detached, two-car garage. The roof was replaced three years ago, and the house was freshly painted and carpeted within the last month.
It’s a far cry from the condition of the house viewers enter each week on The Conners — which, with the exception of the basement, has not undergone any major renovations since viewers first entered the blue-collar family’s home in the 1988 series premiere of Roseanne.
Other famed properties that have gone on the market in recent years include the houses that served as exteriors for The Brady Bunch and Sex Education.
