Internet Mocks Isis By Photoshopping Fighters Into Rubber Ducks
In the war against Isis, the internet has struck back the only way it knows how: with quacking jokes.
Users of the online bulletin board 4Chan got their own back on the terror group by Photoshopping images of yellow rubber ducks on to the heads of its members.
The mockery took place on online bulletin board 4Chan and soon spread to social media networks such as Twitter and Facebook.
One 4Chan user got the ball rolling by posting: “How about castrating the image of Isis by replacing the faces on ALL the propaganda photos with bath ducks?”
The gauntlet was soon picked up by others, who superimposed rubber ducks on to the faces of Isis fighters, some even adding in terror ducks wielding toilet brushes for extra comedic effect.
The best images were posted on image-sharing site Imgur under the title, “Creates the duck state”.
