Ivanka Trump just broke her silence about her family in new interview: ‘It’s painful’

In a wide-ranging, three-hour plus interview, Ivanka Trump didn’t hold back when discussing many aspects of her life.

In Russian computer scientist Lex Fridman’s podcast released Tuesday, the 42-year-old local talked a great deal about her career.

Beside politics (briefly), the former White House advisor has had stints in reality TV, real estate and fashion. Her latest project? Helping husband Jared Kushner and his Affinity Partners develop a resort in the Mediterranean.

The conversation, naturally, pivoted to her famous family.

As for Ivanka’s father, former president Donald J. Trump, the mom of three admitted that “on a human level” his legal travails are “painful to experience.”

“Ultimately, I wish it didn’t have to be this way,” she said of the presumptive Republican nominee who was recently found guilty on all 34 counts of falsifying business records.

On a lighter note, the native New Yorker revealed that the embattled ex POTUS loves all kinds of music, from Pavarotti to Sinatra, and if things had worked out differently he may have become a producer on Broadway.

“Now he DJs at Mar a Lago,” joked the former “Apprentice” star.

Trump also got emotional while touching on how much she missed her mother Ivana who died July 14, 2022, after a fall down the stairs at her NYC apartment.

“It’s unbelievable how dislocating the loss of a parent is,” said Ivanka, who added that having her maternal grandmother, Babi, living with her in Indian Creek Village is “very special.”

“I can ask her some of the questions that I would’ve .... wanted to ask my own mom,” said the former White House senior advisor. “But it’s hard.”
