Jasmine Curtis-Smith not affected by past controversy

The actress says that she has already moved on from the Snapchat scandal

11 Feb - Actress Jasmine Curtis-Smith recently opened up about the previous controversy surrounding her supposed intimate photo with her sister Anne's boyfriend, Erwan Heussaff.

Previously, the two stars were highly criticised for inappropriate behaviour, when a screenshot of their Snapchat video, where Heussaff can be seen hugging the younger Curtis from the back and kissing her cheeks, went viral.

Both her sister Anne and Heussaff's sister Solenn had later came to their aid and explained the situation.

When asked about this recently at the press conference for TV5's new series, "Ang Panday", according to Chisms, Curtis-Smith stated that it was never an issue between the three of them.

"We've always been that way since they started dating. It's not like Erwan and I were suddenly close. These things are sometimes unavoidable. That's all," she said.

She also admitted that though the comments are sometimes hurtful, she would not let it get to her.

"They don't know me personally, and I don't know them. So I don't let them affect me. And like I said, our relationship, between the three of us, have always been that way," said the actress.

Meanwhile, according to Rappler, when asked about her sister and Heussaff's take on the issue, Curtis-Smith stated that both of them have already brushed the incident off and were laughing about it.

"I am not really affected by it. More than anything, I am just curious as to why people would think like that," she said.
