  • Jenna Dewan recently posted a no-makeup selfie with her eight-month-old son, Callum.

  • In the Instagram Story, the dancer hints at a lack of sleep, but you wouldn't believe it looking at her skin.

  • Her signature glow comes from Jenna's simple and clean approach to skincare.

With a seven-year-old and a nearly eight-month-old at home, Jenna Dewan probably isn't getting a lot of sleep these days. In a recent Instagram Story with baby son Callum, the professional dancer hinted at just that—but her skin still looked absolutely glowing without a stitch of makeup.

Jenna and her fiancé, Steve Kazee, welcomed Callum into the family on March 6, right before the three of them and Everly, Jenna's daughter from her previous marriage to Channing Tatum, went into quarantine amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, Jenna has been posting some pretty adorable photos of their socially-distanced life, but also some behind-the-scenes peeks at the realities of parenting during a global pandemic.

Jenna's recent no-makeup post falls into the latter category. In the photo, the Step Up star, wearing a black sweatshirt and rocking some messy hair, holds Callum in one arm while taking the picture with her other hand. The actress is pouting slighting—seemingly a nod to the sleep (or lack thereof) emoji she added to the Story.

But despite missing those Z's, Jenna's no-sleep skin is still enviable. She's looks fresh-faced and wrinkle-free, and there's not an under-eye circle in sight. The former World of Dance host thanks her clean, simple approach to skincare for that flawless skin. For starters, she told Prevention that she uses a retinol serum every night. "I’ve tried all kinds, but I love plant-based retinol, like Sircuit," she explained.

In the morning, she makes sure to put sunscreen on her face first thing. "I have melasma, so I can never go anywhere without this sunscreen," she told the publication. (FYI: Melasma is a skin condition that causes patches to form on your skin, which gets worse in the sun.)

When Jenna is traveling, she relies on argan oil and sheet masks. "I use argan oil to help balance my skin tone," she said. "I use [the SK-II Facial Treatment] mask on the plane and it makes me look crazy, but it's really good for the skin."

"I’ve always taken a natural approach, especially after being pregnant," Dewan added. "I want to know what’s going into my skin and body, so I gravitate toward companies that make me feel good about what’s on my face."

When your skin looks this good, who even needs sleep?
