Join us for a free Q&A event to see our new digital Edition of the Tri-City Herald

Hello readers,

I’d like to invite you to an in-person event in Kennewick to learn more about our digital offerings, including the newly reinvented Edition by the Tri-City Herald.

The Herald’s new, daily digital product gives you information you need to start your day in an innovative, reader-friendly format that makes it easier to find what you are looking for.

The free, informational session and Q&A is Tuesday, May 14, at the Kennewick branch of the Mid-Columbia Libraries, 1620 S. Union St. in Kennewick. Stop by from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. for a demonstration.

I’ll be there along with some of our Tri-City Herald reporters and a customer service representative.

Our goal is to provide strong, independent and essential local news coverage daily, on multiple platforms, to Herald subscribers like you. We are excited to introduce Edition as the latest effort to meet that goal.

It features improved navigation, adjustable text size, interactive games and puzzles, and more multimedia content like photo galleries and videos.

If you are unable to attend Tuesday’s session and have questions or feedback, feel free to contact our Customer Care team at 1-800-750-4967 or tri-cityherald.com/customer-service.

As always, we thank you for your readership and support of the Herald. We couldn’t do it without you.

We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday!
