Kaia Gerber Shares a Sweet Kiss with Austin Butler During “The Bikeriders” Premiere

Butler and Gerber first sparked dating rumors after being spotted out together in Los Angeles in December 2021

Kaia Gerber is one supportive girlfriend!

While Gerber, 22, didn't walk the red carpet for the Los Angeles premiere of Austin Butler's latest film, The Bikeriders, on Monday, June 17, she proudly cheered him on from the sidelines.

Entertainment Weekly shared a video of the model standing amongst the crowd at TCL Chinese Theatre as Butler, 32, approached her for a kiss.

The film, out Friday, June 21, finds Butler playing Benny, the newest member of a Midwestern motorcycle club in the 1960s led by Johnny (Tom Hardy). According to a synopsis, Benny catches the attention of a "strong-willed" woman named Kathy (Jodie Comer) during a "chance" encounter at a local bar, forcing him to choose between her and "his loyalty to the club."

Butler and Gerber first sparked dating rumors after being spotted out together in Los Angeles in December 2021. They made their romance public in March 2022 when they attended W Magazine's annual Best Performances party hand-in-hand.

In February, Gerber and Butler were spotted attending an afterparty for the London premiere of his film Dune: Part Two.

For the date night, Gerber wore a glittering Tom Ford gown and jacket, metallic sandals, and a gold clutch. Butler dressed in a black Gucci suit.

After the two were spotted in New York City for part of Memorial Day Weekend, a source told PEOPLE that their relationship is still "going strong."

“Kaia and Austin are going strong. They held hands the entire way to dinner and stopped and hugged a few times before going into a club [on May 24]. They definitely looked happy and in love," the source said.

Throughout their romance, Butler has also been a proud supporter of Gerber, including last October, when he attended the Valentino Womenswear Spring/Summer show during Paris Fashion Week, which she opened.

It was the final show for Alexander McQueen creative director Sarah Burton and something Gerber called "an emotional and deeply moving moment."
