Kate Hudson Channels Stevie Nicks in Sheer Boho Dress as She Performs Debut Single
The actress released "Talk About Love" — co-written with her fiancé Danny Fujikawa — on Tuesday
Kate Hudson's bohemian style is taking center stage.
Only hours after releasing her first-ever single, “Talk About Love,” the actress and mom of three, 44, held an intimate concert to perform her “sexy” new track.
Hudson chose to wear a vampy all-black look that resembled Stevie Nicks' signature style.
In a video uploaded to Instagram by Hudson’s stylist Sophie Lopez, the multi-hyphenate star captivates the crowd in a sheer black dress similar to the bohemian stage designs worn by the Fleetwood Mac frontwoman.
Her look featured a sheer dress with flared bell sleeves and a flowy pleated skirt worn over a black bodysuit.
She paired the dramatic design with square-toe knee-high boots and a tousled rock-'n-roll hairstyle.

“Talk About Love” was co-written with Linda Perry and Hudson's fiancé Danny Fujikawa. In the record, Hudson shows off her musical chops by belting lyrics that celebrate having a love connection at the deepest level possible over columns of synth and guitars.
“You only have one first single,” Hudson said of her musical debut in a press release. “And I wanted it to be something delicious and sexy and all the things that I believe in.”

“I wanted it to be open and seeking, searching to find something powerful. But I also wanted the music to be the rock, the pop, the dance music and even a bit of the alternative records I love,” she continued. “It was a lot to put into one song, but thankfully, I had some wonderful people working with me. And so, here we are!”
