Kate Hudson is excited to tie the knot with Danny Fujikawa — but not to plan the ceremony!

While speaking about her debut album, Glorious, on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live on May 7, the singer and actress, 45, opened up about her upcoming nuptials to her fiancé, songwriter and producer Fujikawa, 37.

After Cohen, 55, asked Hudson when she and her longtime love plan to say “I do,” the star revealed that the couple was “just talking about that.”

“I think soon,” she added. “I think we'll get married soon.”

But, the Almost Famous star said, arranging the ceremony has not been fun.

“I just don't want to plan a wedding,” she told Cohen, adding, “It's such a bummer.”

Pushing back on Cohen’s suggestion of making “someone else plan it,” Hudson said, “But I want the party. I love a party. That's the only problem.”

The How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days  actress, who previously wed Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson in 2000 — the pair split in 2006 and finalized their divorce in 2007 — also shared that she wants to go all-out with her and Fujikawa’s ceremony.

“It's like, if I'm gonna do it again, I want, you know, I want it to be a fun party,” she said. “But yeah, the planning part and everything is so expensive now.”

“It makes me insane,” she continued. “I'll be like, ‘Just put one flower in a vase.’ They're like, ‘It's $50,000.’ ”

Hudson and Fujikawa, who made their public debut as a couple in May 2017, were friends long before they struck up a romance — for 15 years, to be exact.

They originally met through Hudson’s best friends, Sara and Erin (who are also Fujikawa's stepsisters), when she was 23 and pregnant with her eldest child, Ryder.

And the pair already has a big crew, the most recent addition to their blended family being the couple’s 5-year-old daughter, Rani Rose.

Hudson also shares Ryder, 20, with Robinson and son Bingham Hawn Bellamy with ex Matt Bellamy.

While they don’t speak much about their romance publicly, Hudson shared how “grateful” she is for Fujikawa on social media in June 2023.

Alongside an Instagram post containing some sweet snaps of the producer with their kids, the actress wrote, "I’m so grateful we shacked up together, had a baby and decided to be married.”
