Three months after filing for divorce, Kathy Griffin is almost out of options when it comes to locating her ex.
In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the comedian, 63, revealed that she has been unable to serve her estranged husband Randy Bick with divorce papers because his whereabouts remain unknown.
Since leaving their shared home at Griffin's request, Bick has "not been in contact with her" or shared where he is "residing or staying." Despite her efforts in hiring a private investigator to track him down, the documents claimed that "this too has been unsuccessful."
"[Griffin] will make further attempts to locate [Bick] and will now take steps to enter his default," the brief continued.

Per documents obtained by PEOPLE, Griffin listed their date of separation as Dec. 22, 2023 and requested that the court terminate spousal support for both parties. She also asked that the court enforce a prenuptial agreement they put into place on Dec. 23, 2019.
Griffin and Bick began dating in 2011 and briefly split in 2018 before getting back together and getting married in January 2020. During the ceremony, which was officiated by Lily Tomlin, the Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List alum wore the same dress she wore on the pair's first date.

Griffin was previously married to Matt Moline from 2001 to 2006.
