Khloé Kardashian Shows Off Fancy Footwork in Intense Workout Video Guest-Starring Daughter True
Kardashian has been candid about how she maintains her fitness, having previously spoken about doing cardio and weightlifting
Khloé Kardashian is giving fans an inside look at her hardcore workout routine — which featured some special guests along the way.
On Thursday, June 13, The Kardashians star, 39, shared a video to Instagram that showed off one of her workouts with her personal trainer Don Brooks (a.k.a. Don-A-Matrix). Kardashian had moral support from a few guests, including her daughter True Thompson, 6, who could be seen following the reality star around her gym as she ran drills down a footwork ladder.
"Just a peek of this workout…. We did so much more!" Kardashian wrote in the caption underneath the video. "I’m still tired."
"Consistency is all that matters," she added, sharing some workout wisdom with her followers. "Stay consistent. Be proud and patient with yourself 🤍 the small steps deserve praise too."

Kardashian is also mom to 1-year-old son, Tatum. She shares both of her kids with her ex Tristan Thompson.
The Good American founder has previously been candid about her fitness journey on social media. Earlier this month, she shared in another post that she had suffered from an unnamed minor injury — and was slowly but surely getting back to her normal workout routine.
"I hurt myself and couldn’t workout the way I wanted to for almost 2 months," the mom of two revealed in another compilation of gym clips, noting that she's been working her way back “little by little.”
"A few more weeks and I’ll be there," she added. "Then — I have to stay ready so I don’t need to get ready."

Just last month, Kardashian also spoke about what her current workout routine entails during an appearance on the health and wellness podcast SheMD. At the time, she noted that her fitness journey has been years in the making.
Speaking to the show's hosts Dr. Thaïs Aliabadi and Mary Alice Haney on the May 5 episode, Kardashian spoke candidly about wanting to lose weight.
"I used to be overweight a lot of my life," she said at the time.

"God, I mean my weight-loss journey. It took years for me," Kardashian continued. "I’ve always been chubby — like athletic. I’ve always played sports. I just was never in shape."
After giving birth to her daughter in 2018, she embarked on her journey and has kept up a structured fitness routine ever since, telling Aliabadi and Haney that she now works out five days a week and trains using "cardiovascular intervals with weightlifting."
"I love it," she added. "If I'm getting ready for a shoot, I'll do Pilates and my workouts. But now that I'm in a good place, body-wise, that I like, I do sort of eat what I want, but because my brain is so trained, you don't even want half of the crap or junk."
