Kodak Black wants out of his hellacious Kentucky prison, stat, new lawsuit says

Being behind bars is certainly no fun, but for Kodak Black it’s hell, a new suit claims.

The Pompano Beach rapper has filed a lawsuit against the Federal Bureau of Prisons claiming poor conditions at Big Sandy high-security federal prison outside of Inez, Kentucky.

The suit, first reported by TMZ, claims he is being constantly beaten up by guards who also emotionally abuse him.

The “Tunnel Vision” singer was transferred in April from FCI prison in Kendall to Big Sandy after a fight with a fellow inmate.

He complained about the new situation on Instagram at the time, saying he needed a knife because he had no allies there yet.

A refresher on how this mess started: On May 11, 2019, while preparing to perform at Rolling Loud Miami, Black, who already had a long rap sheet, was arrested at Hard Rock Stadium on on charges of making false statements to acquire a firearm. He was convicted three months later.

Back in June, a panel of judges denied Black’s appeal of his 46-month sentence.

In this recent suit, the 23-year-old says he wants to move to a lower security prison as well as all his damages covered. He adds he would also like President Trump to commute his sentence.
