Aside from Jaxon, Cavallari shares two additional children with ex-husband Jay Cutler: son Camden Jack, 11, and daughter Saylor James, 8.
And while she debuted her new relationship with TikToker Mark Estes in February, Cavallari's children "are No. 1 no matter what," a source close to the mom of three told PEOPLE earlier this month.
"She will pass on projects because she wants to be with them and she doesn’t have nannies 24/7,” the insider added, noting that Cavallari is “mostly in Nashville” these days.
“She has a very tight group of girlfriends and they have mom time. She purposefully keeps her circle very small now," the source said.
After Cavallari said she would consider having a child with her boyfriend on her podcast in April, Estes, 24, spoke to PEOPLE about his relationship with her three kids — and shared his thoughts on whether he sees a baby with her in his future.
"I think in any relationship that you're in, you talk about that, just in general," he said when asked about having kids with Cavallari — a question that "doesn't really make [him] feel any type of way."
It's more of a "down-the-line" thing though, Estes said, before noting he's not against having kids while on the younger side.
"I don't think there's an age — I think if you get married at a young age, I think what's next is a kid," he told PEOPLE.
