Lenny Kravitz and Jason Momoa Show Up for FamilyNORMAN JEAN ROY

Lenny Kravitz may have a spectacular public life where he takes trips to Paris with Jay-Z and Beyoncé, but he also has a family full of celebrities at home. Kravitz's ex-wife, Lisa Bonet, played Denise Huxtable on The Cosby Show. Their daughter is actress Zoë Kravitz, and Bonet's second husband was Jason Momoa. Plus, most people forget that Kravitz's second cousin is Al Roker. Somehow, there isn't a drop of bad blood between any of them.

"I wouldn’t think of it as this heroic feat," Kravitz tells Esquire in a new cover story. "This is just normal to me." Even though Kravitz and Bonet are divorced, they still show up for each other. That's just what family does. Apparently, it's a sentiment that carries throughout all of their relationships. Bonet and Momoa have since separated, but the Aquaman actor still shows up for her.

When Kravitz was stuck in the Bahamas in March 2022, he was unable to make The Batman premiere in support of his daughter. "'I got you,'" Momoa told Kravitz. "'I’m going to this one. I’ll be there.'" He attended the premiere, and even brought Zoë's half-siblings along with him. "It's amazing to have people who love you show up at these major events in your life," Zoë Kravitz told People at the red carpet event. "It's really special." Even as the tabloids speculated about whether or not Momoa was privately getting back together with Bonet, Kravitz knew that Momoa's appearance was just what you do for family. As he recalls, "It was beautiful."
