Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus aren't going to have any legal court fight as they finalize their divorce. TMZ reports that since the two don't have children, they just have to determine ownership of their animals. And it's already been figured out, multiple sources close to the couple told the outlet: Cyrus gets to keep them all. Hemsworth won't contest it, although he legally could in California.

Cyrus has seven dogs, two horses, two mini horses, three cats and a pig. Hemsworth and Cyrus shared the animals when they were together.

Hemsworth and Cyrus also had a prenup they signed before they got married, and the two kept their earnings separate once they did wed. Basically, legally speaking, the two don't seem to have any big battles or complications ahead of them.

Cyrus previously spoke about how Hemsworth saved all her pets when their Malibu home burned during the Woolsey Fire last year. "My partner, I call him my survival partner now. He thinks it’s not romantic, but I learned that it is," Cyrus started. "That is why you pair up with someone, for survival, and he was so incredible. He got all the animals out in his truck...He got a lot of action for saving the animals. Yeah, he got a lot of action. We had to make sure he knew I was very, very grateful."

Hemsworth has also shared photos of him and Cyrus with their pets on his Instagram throughout their reconciled relationship.
